This was a difficult site issue to solve in that the site itself was extremely small and required careful study of the grades at the return side of the three new drive through apparatus bays. The improvements to the station sensitively blended the new construction with the existing building and the surrounding architecture in the community. The project was phased to keep the station in continuous operation while the construction was in progress.
