Project Description:
The Norrisville Library & Activity Center is a new 13,100 SF complex and a focal point for the village of Norrisville. The masonry and wood building will house an athletic hall, library and multipurpose room for the surrounding community. It is built in a rural area of Harford County and because of its location, the center was being designed to blend into the neighborhood so as not to appear obtrusive.
